Build Email Lists Fast

Build Email Lists Fast
Build customer lists in excess of 30,000 almost instantly with this brand new super system. The only system where your subscribers line up to pay you just so they can be on your email list.
Is this for real? Can you really build email lists of 30,000 or more in under 90 days? The short answer is yes you can. This new secret tactic you are about to learn will enable you to build email lists of this size so fast your head will spin.

But here is the big catch, when you build email lists in this manner, you will never have to spend another cent trying to acquire double opt in subscribers from this day forward. Each and every one of your new subscribers is actually going to pay you $2 just so they can be on your list. So how does this all work?

You Build Email Lists of Opportunity Seekers

And this is how you do it. One of the hottest markets on the planet today is Business Opportunities. This 100% new list building system promotes a business opportunity. This brand new system offers opportunity seekers the chance to make a whole heap of money just by recruiting 20 people into the same system. A system where they get paid just $2 but it’s paid 5 levels deep. Wait until you see what the figures are…

Level 1: You write articles or use other FREE forms of advertising to attract just 20 opportunity seekers. The following figures represent obtaining just 20 recruits. Most list builders who are really hungry for a bigger list obtain a whole lot more. At level 1 your initial 20 recruits pay $12 to join. $2 of this comes straight to you and all 4 people under you get $2 each as well. Your income for level 1 is $40

Level 2: Out of those initial 20 people lets say that only 30% get their 20 recruits. That equals 120 new recruits at $2 each. Total income on level 2 = $240

Level 3: Out of those 120 people lets say that only 30% get their 20 recruits. That equals 720 new recruits at $2 each. Total income on level 3 = $1440.00

Level 4: Out of those 720 people lets say that only 30% get their 20 recruits. That equals 4320 new recruits at $2 each. Total income on level 4 = $8,640

Level 5: Out of those 4320 people lets say that only 30% get their 20 recruits.
That equals 25,920 new recruits at $2 each. Total income on level 5 = $51,840

You now have a combined total of 31,100 subscribers that you can start marketing to as part of this system is having double opt in access to each and every member of your entire list 5 levels deep. And by the way, you made $62,200 just for building a list this big that, any other day, you normally would have paid for.

For the full details on how to build email lists this size, and information on joining, just visit my website Build Email Lists. It does take a couple of minutes to figure this out, but once you do you will soon see for yourself that this is the most powerful list building system on the planet. It does not get any easier than this!

Search Engine Optimization Demystified

SEO does not have to be scary! Read on to get a clearer view of the SEO process and what you can do to maximize your own website's SEO.
Part 1 - The Players

Search engines like Google, Yahoo, Altavista, MSN Search, and others, have become indispensable as personal and business tools for finding what we all need on the World Wide Web. As web site owners, we know that to take advantage of this reality we must optimize our web sites for search engines. However, there is a lot of confusion, misunderstanding, myth, and even fraud in this area. To demystify this topic, and provide the tools to make intelligent, well-informed decisions for our web sites, it is useful to identify the main players, understand how search engines actually work and follow the money. By understanding the motives involved, one can get a big picture understanding of the issues. In business there is no bigger motivator than money.

There are two main players in the search engine optimization field - the Search Engine companies (like Google), and the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) companies (they are numerous, no big names stand out).

Search Engine Companies:
How do search engine companies (Google) make their money?
Primarily with paid advertising.
Why would advertisers use a search engine's web site to promote their product?
Eyeballs... lots of them!
How does a search engine company get those eyeballs?
By providing a tool (the search facility) that works really well,
giving useful, reliable, relevant, and current results on keyword searches.

It is in the best interest of a Search Engine company to index as many sites as possible, as often as possible, and to have a ranking mechanism that will provide accurate results for key word searches on those web sites.

This bears repeating: yes Search Engines want to list your site in their index! Furthermore, they want to rank it as accurately as possible. There is no need to trick the search engines into finding or ranking your web site. In fact, several practices commonly employed to fool search engines into ranking a site higher than it should be can have quite the opposite result. Search Engine companies actively research such techniques and develop ways to counter them in the interests of maintaining the accuracy and integrity of their search results. So, if the Search Engine companies want to rank your site well, why does getting good results seem so difficult and mysterious?

There are three major reasons for this: The exact ranking algorithm used by Search Engine companies is a closely guarded secret. So, we, as web site owners or developers, cannot know precisely how to cater to it. In addition, different search engine companies may use different algorithms and they upgrade these algorithms regularly.

The result of any web site optimization effort is always a trade off between maximizing your results for a particular set of terms and narrowing your potential scope. In other words, one cannot have both; every key word possible for your product or service, and a specific set of key words optimized to the fullest.

The total amount of traffic to a web site is not solely determined by search engine optimization. Traditional marketing can significantly affect results and these would be difficult to separate from results derived from SEO.

Confusing the issue further are the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Companies.

It is in the interests of the SEO company to "appear" to be able to increase traffic to a web site in ways not available to a web site owner and seemingly being able to exceed the capabilities of web site designers and developers. In short, keeping the methods they use as a mystery is to their advantage.

The Web Site People, have worked with clients who have opted to use SEO companies in addition to the optimization we provide as part of our management service. We have also heard reports from new clients who have tried these services before coming to us. In both scenarios we have seen that there is rarely a perception of a good return on investment. Why is this?

Web site optimization for search engines should be done as an integral part of the development of the web site. The way the site is built, coded, and written affects the results - often dramatically. Most SEO companies (since they usually do not build web sites) come in after the fact, and may have no control over how the site was built. Trying to optimize a web site with key word adjustments on a poorly built site is like trying to shore up the foundations of a building with more coats of paint.

Optimization is an ongoing process, something that should be looked at regularly as part of the management of a web site. As new competition comes online and your business develops, changes should be made to your site's SEO to compensate. Most SEO companies do not have the necessary long-term association with their clients to accomplish this.

Expectations of web site owners (partly driven by the SEO company's promises) are often unrealistic. Search engine optimization companies often charge $500 or more for their service. For this kind of money, expectations are understandably high. But know this: if an SEO company promises number one placement of your web site on Google, don't deal with them. Such a claim is misleading at best and down right fraudulent at worst. Just for fun you could ask them: "number one for what search term?" If their answer is your domain name, i.e., "back2front.ca," well duh! Of course they can guarantee that! You will get that regardless, since domain names must, by definition, be unique. If they say they can get you number one for some good search terms, for example, "web design," then ask, "what do I get as compensation if I do not get number one?" Hope they say money, because it's a sure bet they will be paying! Think about this: this is a company guaranteeing results from a third party they do not have any control over.

With this kind of misleading information, it is no wonder that SEO is mysterious for many people. But search engine companies like Google do make public the criteria used in their algorithms and provide basic web master guidelines for successful search engine optimization.

Important Guidelines when Selecting a Search Engine Optimization Marketing Company

If you are looking for an effective way to achieve maximum optimization for your website what better way to do it then through a Search Engine Optimization company. SEO or Search Engine Optimization is a term that describes the process through which a particular webpage or site attracts maximum traffic which search engines like Google, and Yahoo determine through search results.

Specific keywords and keyword phrases help direct visitors to their desired websites and pages. Keywords and keyword phrases play an important role in Search Engine optimization. With the minimum use of words, internet users are able to hone in on the websites they are looking for. Many factors have to be taken into account before deciding on a search engine optimization company to take care of all your marketing needs on the internet.

The work of any search engine optimization company is to monitor the website rankings, optimize search engines and make all necessary changes required to enhance viewer ratings. These are the key strategies that need to be scrutinized to help market and advertise your product or services on the internet. Working with a reputed search engine optimization company ensures that your ROI remains in positive territory.

SEO companies on the internet can be both good and bad and the task of every individual is to do their homework thoroughly before a final decision is made. Most people who are new to internet marketing are perplexed as to whom to approach to promote their company on the internet. Look for small companies that have a good track record of having provided SEO services to satisfied customers and who are willing to give personal attention to you.

Ask for testimonials from satisfied customers and have a look at all their previous work. Large SEO companies normally assign a single SEO expert or SEO Consultant to take care of the needs of hundreds of clients and your needs as a small time online business will not find great flavor.

Smaller SEO companies have less overheads and operating expenses and chances of them quoting a smaller fee is more likely than larger SEO companies are. Their workers would be even willing to put in those extra hours to make your website really unique and attractive. SEO companies that are successful always use keywords and keyword phrases that generate maximum traffic. Use software like word tracker to determine this.

Ensure that your SEO Company monitors your website on popular search engines like Yahoo and Google for at least six months and if the ratings are not good, then you may need to consider making a change. Continuous monitoring of your website or webpage is important, as it will show the progress of your business.

It is important that you search for a SEO company that has SEO consultants who are responsible for keeping your search engine status of your website or webpage right on top, as this will reflect on your ROI. Selecting a good SEO company to take care of your online business marketing and advertising is a daunting task but, nevertheless is an important one.

Lastly, make sure the company you are going to work with has a proven track record and succeeds online themselves.

Computer History: Impressive Developments Through Re-invention, Research, and Innovation

The history of computers, beginning nearly 5000 years ago, is an interesting combination of re-invention, research, and innovation.
In 3000 B.C., the abacus was invented in China and shortly thereafter came into wide use around the world. This simple adding device is considered by some to be the first precursor to computers, if not the real thing. Much later, in 1622 A.D., the slide rule was invented by William Oughtred and another giant step was taken toward the information age.

Charles Babbage, considered by many to be the "Father of the Computer," began creating a device referred to as the "Difference Engine" in 1822. When funding was pulled in 1842, Babbage designed, but was never able to build, the "Analytical Engine," a machine that shared many aspects of modern computers, including subroutines, an input device, etc.).

Babbage’s failure to build the Analytical Engine did not, fortunately, lead to its demise altogether. In 1930 scientists built the first Analytical Engine and seven years later Alan Turing developed the idea of a machine that could execute algorithms. Development of computers continued through the early and mid-1900s and in 1943 the U.S. Army funded the development of ENIAC, the prototype for modern computers. MIT built the "Whirlwind" for the U.S. Air Force in 1955 and invented RAM in the process.

Finally, in 1971, microchips and floppy disks came into existence and a fledgling company called Intel developed the 4004, which was dubbed by them a "computer on a chip." Ten years later, IBM debuted a machine referred to as a "PC" which used a DOS operating system owned (but not developed) by Microsoft. 1984 found Apple Computers developing the Graphical User Interface (GUI), a mainstay in modern computing and the concept upon which Microsoft’s Windows operating system is based.

Computer development in the 21st century includes a 1 gigabyte processor and machines that fit in the hand carrying out billions of commands per second.

As the age of the Internet and technology progress, the developments should be even more impressive.

History Of Apple Computers

The Macintosh computer began life as the Apple I in 1976 when two friends, Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs with the aid of some friends built the first of fifty computers for the Byte Shop for $500 each. This first Apple computer came equipped with a display screen (a rarity at the time), and was the first computer with a fully assembled circuit board. Eventually, the little group made and sold two hundred Apple I for $666.66 each. With loan of $250,000 Steve Wozniak, Steve Jobs and Armas Clifford ‘Mike’ Markkula joined forces to form Apple Computer on April 1, 1976. By mid-1977, they had improved upon the design of the Apple I and the Apple II was made available to the public.

Ever wondered why the Company was named, Apple Computer? Simply because the trio realized that "Apple" would come before the most famous name in computers at the time, Atari. Over the years, Apple Computers continued to improve, becoming cheaper thereby making it easier for many homes to have a personal computer. Apple was the first computer company to use GUI (Graphical User Interface) in their machines; a concept that was to revolutionize the computer industry. After many trials and errors, Apple came out with a true home computer, the Apple Macintosh or Mac in 1984.

The Apple Computer was the beginning of desktop publishing era. Apple revolutionized publishing with its magic combination of a PC, it’s LaserWriter printer and specialized software, Aldus PageMaker and MacPublisher. Aldus is now Adobe PageMaker. These components allowed the designing and printing of documents complete with text and graphics. It is for this reason that the Macintosh is still a favorite among the graphic design crowd.

Apple faced stiff competition from Microsoft, especially in relation to the cost of PC-clones. Apple’s popularity waned and the home PC market was taken over by Bill Gates’ Microsoft. However, there are still many different lines of Macs on the market today: the iMac and Power Mac being two of the most popular.

History of Computers

History and information about computers. The first electronic digital computer was called "ENIAC" built in 1945 in Philadelphia. It used so much electricity that lights in the nearby town dimmed every time it was used!
The first electronic digital computer was called "ENIAC" built in 1945 in Philadelphia. It used so much electricity that lights in the nearby town dimmed every time it was used! What a long way we have come in a half-century, with personal computers in homes, offices, and schoolrooms across the world.

After the arrival of the microprocessor, many different computer companies appeared and began developing their own microprocessors and microcomputers. Companies such as Apple, Compaq, and Commodore started during this period of confusion. At the conclusion of the timeline is the first home personal computer or PC, by IBM in 1981.

Computers began to steadily and rapidly increase in speed and power while becoming more compact and more user friendly from the early 1980's on. The progress, however came in many small steps, rather than fewer major events like earlier years.

From the start of the decade to today, PCs in the home have become immensely popular. Computers have increased their role from professional and business machines to entertainment and educational tools. Telecommunications advancements such as the Internet have shown themselves to be useful both in education and business.

Hard disks or Computer hardware were invented in the 1950s. They started as large disks up to 20 inches in diameter holding just a few megabytes. They were originally called "fixed disks" or "Winchesters" (a code name used for a popular IBM product). They later became known as "hard disks" to distinguish them from "floppy disks." Hard disks have a hard platter that holds the magnetic medium, as opposed to the flexible plastic film found in tapes and floppies. At the simplest level, a hard disk is not that different from a cassette tape. Both hard disks and cassette tapes use the same magnetic recording techniques.

A typical desktop machine will have a hard disk with a capacity of between 10 and 40 gigabytes. Data is stored onto the disk in the form of files. A file is simply a named collection of bytes. The bytes might be the ASCII codes for the characters of a text file, or they could be the instructions of a software application for the computer to execute, or they could be the records of a data base, or they could be the pixel colors for a GIF image. No matter what it contains, however, a file is simply a string of bytes. When a program running on the computer requests a file, the hard disk retrieves its bytes and sends them to the CPU one at a time.

The Internet was the result of some visionary thinking by people in the early 1960s who saw great potential value in allowing computers to share information on research and development in scientific and military fields.

The Internet, then known as ARPANET, was brought online in 1969 under a contract let by the renamed Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) which initially connected four major computers at universities in the southwestern US.

The Internet was designed in part to provide a communications network that would work even if some of the sites were destroyed by nuclear attack.

The early Internet was used by computer experts, engineers, scientists, and librarians.
E-mail was adapted for ARPANET by Ray Tomlinson of BBN in 1972. He picked the @ symbol from the available symbols on his teletype to link the username and address.

As the commands for e-mail, FTP, and telnet were standardized, it became a lot easier for non-technical people to learn to use the nets.

Most Internet Service Providers or( ISP’s ) make use of these protocols in E-mail, Usenet newsgroups, file sharing, the World Wide Web, Gopher, session access, WAIS, finger, IRC, Mud’s, and Mush’s. Of these, e-mail and the World Wide Web are clearly the most used, and many other services are built upon them, such as mailing lists and web logs. The Internet makes it possible to provide real-time services such as web radio and web casts that can be accessed from anywhere in the world.

The Internet is also having a profound impact on knowledge and worldviews. Through keyword-driven Internet research, using search engines, millions worldwide have easy, instant access to a vast amount and diversity of online information. Compared to encyclopedias and traditional libraries, the Internet represents a sudden and extreme decentralization of information and data.

A current trend with major implications for the future is the growth of high speed connections. 56K dialup modems are not fast enough to carry multimedia, such as sound and video except in low quality. But new technologies many times faster, such as cable modems, digital subscriber lines (DSL), and satellite broadcast are widely available now, and growing fast. The rapid growth of local networks, even in homes, has increased the demand. Common methods of home access include dial-up, broadband and satellite communications.

As the commands for e-mail, FTP, and telnet were standardized, it became a lot easier for non-technical people to learn to use the nets. It was not easy by today's standards by any means, but it did open up use of the Internet to many more people in universities in particular. Other departments besides the libraries, computer, physics, and engineering departments found ways to make good use of the nets--to communicate with colleagues around the world and to share files and resources.

We have come a long way in computer technology since the ENIAC. Now eighty percent of American households have at least one computer, and most households have one computer exclusively for the use of PC games, music, videos, and surfing the web.

FYI: "The American PC game market is a $1.2 billion business. Five years ago a talented programmer and an artist could make a hit. Today a state-of-the-art game is a multimillion-dollar collaborative product."

Higher Education in the Computer Age

Higher Education in the Computer Age
Capella University’s Extensive Online Support Helps Busy Students Save Time and Stay Focused on Learning.
College students are technologically savvy these days. They use home computers to research and write, make purchases and to communicate with friends and family, coworkers, fellow students, and college professors.

America’s universities are jumping on the technology bandwagon, too. Many universities now offer online admission applications and Web access to course materials. But "they aren’t necessarily on the cutting edge," said Lisa Wheeler, vice president of advising and academic support at Capella University.

Capella, an accredited online university, delivers education to working adults in an interactive online format that makes it possible for busy professionals to pursue their bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degrees, without the logistical hassles students typically experience with traditional higher education.

"In addition to a quality education, we offer all the services a student needs from start to finish online. From the application process all the way through signing up to attend commencement. You won’t find that kind of experience anywhere else," said Wheeler.

Guerin Moorman, 35, of Spokane, Wash., says he was initially drawn to Capella for its convenience. He is the IT coordinator for Spokane’s branch of the Federal Transportation Security Administration, a job that isn’t always 9 to 5. Moorman represents Capella’s largest demographic type: he is balancing work with family and education. Moorman is married and has two teenage daughters and a three-year-old son.

"I like the online experience because it offers a lot of flexibility. I can order my books online, check my financial status online and use e-mail if I need to get in touch with my advisors or professors," said Moorman. Survey results from Capella’s 6,500-member student body show that students value service quality almost as much as they value educational quality.

"At brick-and-mortar institutions, students have to spend a lot of time going from place to place to get their business done. At Capella, it’s one-stop shopping. Through the unique Internet portal that we call i-Guide, students will find the admissions office, financial aid office, writing center, book store, library and more all in one place," said Wheeler. "These are the logistical barriers that traditional schools haven’t entirely addressed, while we’ve had ten years to aggregate and refine our services online."

"There’s no way I’d be able to finally pursue my bachelor’s if I had to do it the conventional way," said Moorman. "There just wouldn’t be time."

Vickie Cook, 46, of Greenville, Ill., says that in addition to convenience, she likes the fact that support is close at hand. "When I had a problem getting Adobe Acrobat to install, I turned to Capella’s online technical support folks. Within two e-mails, they were able to solve a compatibility problem with a work-around so I could open the documents I needed to look at to complete an assignment," said Cook.

Cook completed her master’s in education at Capella four years ago. It wasn’t long before she landed a job as dean at Kaskasia College, a community college in Centralia, Ill. She is now pursuing a doctorate in education at Capella, a degree she expects to complete by 2004.

Kate Whitteker, 44, of Amma, W.Va., also turned to Capella to advance her career. She is pursuing a master’s degree in human services with a specialization in the management of non-profit agencies.

"Believe me when I say I do not have time to sit in a classroom," said Whitteker. In addition to her job as executive director of a nonprofit agency that offers aid for families in need, she also has five young children at home. "I do everything with Capella online. It’s easy to access what you want. While this is high tech it’s not complicated tech," said Whitteker.
